Shipping and COD Charges

All domestic orders (Prepaid & COD) are shipped free of cost in even remotest parts of India. Due to security reasons, COD option is not available on purchases above Rs.10,000/-.

Tracking of Orders

Your package tracking information will be sent to you after shipment is dispatched from our warehouse to your registered mobile number. Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of placing the order. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

Estimated Delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. However some orders such as customized ones may take longer. All orders will be dispatched from our centralized Delhi Warehouse. In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch. There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable taxes.

International Shipping

We have International Shipping facility available as well however the same is chargeable. Reputed courier partners like Fedex, India Post, Bombino express are used for shipping. Delivery time for international orders will depend on what service you choose for shipping. We will charge you for actual expense which will vary from country to country and also depends on speed of delivery chosen. Tracking details will be provided within 24 hours after dispatch of your order.
